ANNOUNCEMENT
It is announced for the general information of the candidates who have applied in
response to Advertisement No. 03 I 2Ol2 published on 17.12.2012 in various News Papers and
appeared in the HCS (Judicial Branch) Preliminary Examinatio n - 2012 held on 17th March ,2013
(Sunday) from 12.00 Q.{oon) to 02.00 P.M. at Panchkula & Chandigarh. The Hon'ble Punjab and
Haryana High Court has passed the orders dated 22.04.2013 in CWP No. 8340 of 2013 -
Kuldeep Sharma v/s State of Haryana & Others which are reproduced as under:-
"l/'e further direct that the Haryana Public Service Commission shall
issue forms to all cundidates, The submission of application forms by
the cundidates shall be with the clear stipulation that the submission of
the application forms by any of the cundidates will not make them
eligible to appear in the Muin Examinution, The application forms so
submitted shall abide by theJinal decision of the writ petition."
The last date for the submission of application forms for the Main Examination is hereby
extended upto 30.04.2013. Candidates are advised to obtain their application forms personally
from the Commission's office on all working days from 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM. The
application forms will be supplied to the candidates on production of his / her Admit Card
supplied by the Haryana Public Service Commission for Preliminary Examination. The
candidates are further advised to submit their application forms complete in all respects on or
before 30.04.2013 (upto 5.00 PM) personally in the Commission's office failing which their
application forms will not be considered and rejected due to late receipt. The Commission shall
not be held responsible for any delay caused on the part of Postal Department or Courier
Agency.
